Abstract

Maintaining and developing the system of voluntary certification of competence of persons influencing the shaping of working conditions in Poland and recognizing the competence of educational bodies in the field of occupational safety and health

Project summary:

To comply with the requirements of the national system of assessing compliance, the system of ensuring the quality of services of the Centre for Certification of Personnel's Competence (OCKP) as a body certifying persons within the structure of CIOP-PIB was assessed in 4 internal audits and 3 supervised audits, which upheld the accreditation. The external audits were carried out by the Polish Centre for Accreditation, which confirmed that the launched, documented and maintained at OCKP quality management system met the requirements of Standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17024:2004 and the certification processes were carried out in accordance with the developed programmes of certifying persons, system procedures and established criteria. the competence of the OCKP personnel was ensured and maintained with internal training on the requirements of Standard PN-EN ISO/IEC 17024:2004, the PN-N-18000 series of standards, and Standard PN-N-18011:2006 and the principles of carrying out certification of persons, archiving data on customers and the principles on electronic documents and external training on the current requirements for bodies certifying persons and requirements related to the OSH management system according to OHSAS 18011:2007, protection of personal data, improvement of the process of auditing, in-house rescuing.
