The risk of excessive noise and vibrations in the work and natural environment is one of the most common threats affecting not only the psychophysical aspects of human health, but also their living and working conditions. They cause significant social and economic effects. Lowering the noise level in the environment improves living conditions and has a direct impact on the work environment and the ecosystem. Therefore, the aim of the conference was to popularize the latest achievements in the field of:

  • human protection against the risk of noise and mechanical vibrations,
  • acoustic monitoring of the industrial and natural environment,
  • designing solutions and devices limiting the impact of noise and vibrations on the work and natural environment.

90 people registered for the conference. The conference program included 59 papers delivered as part of plenary sessions (6 papers) and thematic sessions:

  • Noise in the working environment and environmental noise
  • Mechanical vibrations
  • Noise of wind turbines
  • Measurements and apparatus
  • Noise reduction
  • Building acoustics
  • Support for people with disabilities
  • Haptic technique
  • Presentation of enterprises.
