On the basis of the solutions used in diversified dues cost systems for accident insurance in Germany, France and interwar Poland and evaluation of present in Poland indication system, a draft of a diversified dues cost model for social accident insurance was developed. In this model it was assumed that the basis for determining the risk category for each of the 64 groups of activities, and also for the contributors, refer to as withdrawals for benefits in accidents at work and occupational diseases of accident insurance in relation to the sum of premiums for each of the groups of activities for the period of three years. Although studies showed higher efficacy of the proposed cost model compared to the current indicator model, especially in economic terms, it is indicative model, which is the binder between premiums rate to working conditions, to be more appropriate to stimulate preventive action in companies.
