Abstract

Development of IT tools supporting the implementation and management of ergonomics in enterprises

Project manager: Jerzy Słowikowski Ph.D. (Eng.)

Project summary:

The concept of an ERGO system of IT tools supporting the implementation and management of ergonomics in enterprises was developed. As a result of this analysis, application principles of the ERGO system were formulated. They concern the users of the system, ways of looking for information and the sources and criteria of selecting information for the database of the system. It was assumed that employers, employees, worker services and designers of means of production and products will use the system.Technical characteristics of the Internet IT system that will carry out the above principles were determined. They define, i.a., the system's milieu, its structure and how it is accessible. A draft and an implementation of the architecture of the database were done. The architecture includes scripts for access and for presentation of the information materials of the above-mentioned Internet service, compatible with Internet browsers.A manual for the ERGO system was also developed.
