Project manager: Anna Jeżewska M.Sc. (Eng.)

Project summary:

This task resulted in the development of a method for determining 15 harmful chemical substances in workplace air: sodium fluoroacetate, naphthalene, 1-methoxy-2-propyl acetate, isobutyl acetate, 1-chloro-1-nitropropane, acrolein, 2-phenoxyethanol, 2-(isopropoxy)ethanol, 3a,4,7,7a-tetrahydro-4,7-methanoindene, cadmium and its inorganic compounds, allyl glycidyl ether, benzothiazole, chloroprene, dimethyl disulfide and 2-ethylhexanol. The developed analytical methods were validated according to the PN-EN 482:2002 standard. Those methods are the basis for the relevant drafts of Polish standards.
