The Centre for Evaluation and Scientific Communication plays a key role in supporting the Institute’s efforts in scientific communication and the evaluation of research quality.

Our Core Mission:

We provide expert assistance and up-to-date resources to enhance the visibility, credibility, and impact of the Institute’s scientific work. Our main responsibilities include:

    • Delivering current information on the national evaluation system for the quality of scientific activity
    • Offering lists of scientific journals and clear guidelines for evaluation procedures
    • Supporting the indexing of publications in the PBN (POL-on) system
    • Verifying and confirming publication records in line with the declared scientific discipline for evaluation purposes

Support for Scientific Visibility and Communication:

We are dedicated to empowering the Institute’s researchers in their publication and conference activities. This includes:

    • Helping identify the most suitable and reputable journals for research publication
    • Advising on effective placement of information about publications, conference papers, and posters in scientific communication platforms

Additional Services:

The Centre also provides comprehensive support in:

    • Navigating procedures related to scientific promotions
    • Collecting and analyzing scientometric, bibliometric, and altmetric data
    • Helping maintain and update author profiles in key databases and academic networks
