Abstract

Methods of measurement of physical parameters of microclimate under protective clothing with the use of measurement system, registration and wireless data transmission for its estimation in laboratory and research utilities.

Project manager: Agnieszka Kurczewska Ph.D.

Project summary:

Assumptions to the methodology of temperature and relative humidity measurement under protective clothing and technical requirements to build the system.
Selected temperature and relative humidity sensors SHT15 were laboratory tested.
Results
- Repeatability of temperature and relative humidity indications; electromagnetic field induced by mobile phone and disinfection process is neutral;
- The project of device for registration, archiving and wireless data transmission (data logger) as the element of this system; the module was implemented in the long sleeve shirt;
- Software to register and visualise measurement data for the data logger and for the CIOP-PIB server;
- Production of a prototype of temperature and humidity measurement system with registration and wireless data transmission;
- Instruction manual for the system and two new research procedures.
