Exhibition

The XVIII International Conference Noise Control 2019 will be accompanied by an exhibition on which innovative devices as well as individual and collective protection measures will be presented, providing protection against noise and vibrations, including: materials, products and sound absorbing systems, measuring equipment and software, silencers and elements and Soundproof housing.

1.    Exhibition fee – 820 USD or 670 EUR
Exhibition fee covers:

• lectures
• conference materials
• post-conference publication
• conference rooms rent
• translation and interpreting
• meals (lunches, dinners, coffee)
• participation in cosial programme

2.    Accommodation
Accommodation (per 3 nights - 26-29.05.2019) is available at the following reduced rates at the “Zamek Biskupi” Hotel:

• Room rates in USD: 149 nights per single room, Wi-Fi and breakfast
• Room rates in USD: 110 per double room (one person), Wi-Fi and breakfast
• Room rates in EUR: 165 per single room, Wi-Fi and breakfast
• Room rates in EUR: 104 per double room (one person), Wi-Fi and breakfast

The participants incur Accommodation costs. The payment for the accommodation will be made on-site in the Hotel Reception.

Deadlines:

1. sending abstracts of speeches in the conference program - by 31 January 2019.
   
2. registration on the conference website and paying conference fees - until March 31, 2019.
   
3. sending the completed application form to the exhibition - until April 22, 2019.
